How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for smaller events, and 2–3 months for larger celebrations like corporate events or big birthday parties. That said, reach out even if your event is soon — we'll do our best to make it work!
What areas do you serve? +
We're based in Warrenton, VA and proudly serve all of Northern Virginia including Gainesville, Manassas, Culpeper, Fredericksburg, and the greater DC Metro area. Travel fees may apply for events beyond 30 miles from Warrenton.
Do you provide décor, or just coordination? +
Both! Our Signature and Premium packages include full décor styling and sourcing. Our Essential package focuses on day-of coordination. We can also add décor services as an à la carte add-on to any package.
How does payment work? +
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due one week before your event. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards. All bookings include a signed contract for your peace of mind.
Can I customize a package? +
Absolutely! Every celebration is unique and we love building custom packages. Just reach out through our contact form and we'll create something that fits your vision and budget perfectly.
Do you work with specific venues? +
We work at any venue — from backyards and community centers to event halls and churches. We have preferred vendor relationships across Northern Virginia, but we're happy to work with your chosen vendors too.
